- Cheung Hing Lifting Components (H.K.) Ltd was formerly called Cheung Hing Metal (H.K.) Ltd and was established in Hong Kong in Year 1972.
- Cheung Hing has set up offices in Shenzhen and Shanghai in China back to Year 2000 and 2005 respectively. In Year 2006, 2008 & 2009, the branch companies in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Tianjin were formally registered as sole proprietorship limited companies respectively.
- Cheung Hing Metal (H.K.) Ltd was formally renamed to Cheung Hing Lifting Components (H.K.) Ltd. in Year 2010. Other branch companies followed the same renaming accordingly.
- In Year 2005, Cheung Hing was voted as No.1 ranking among imported wire rope suppliers by the Technical Committee of the Container Branch of China Port Association.
- Being one of the largest imported wire rope suppliers in China, our annual sales has exceeded 7,000 tons and occupy over 40% market share of the wire ropes used at container ports in China and Hong Kong. In Hong Kong, we also have a warehouse carrying a stock for about 2,000 tons of wire ropes and accessory products.
