Cheung Hing Lifting Components (H.K.) Ltd was formerly called Cheung Hing Metal (H.K.) Ltd and was established in Hong Kong in 1972. Our sales of wire ropes are over 7,000 tons annually and occupy over 40% of the market share in terms of imported wire ropes used by container ports in China and Hong Kong. Apart from headquarter in Hong Kong, we have branch companies in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Tianjin. In Hong Kong, we also have a warehouse carrying a stock for about 2,000 tons of wire ropes and accessory products. Our major customers include container ports, crane manufacturers, power plants, shipyards, construction companies, barge companies, elevator companies and other wire ropes users.

In Year 2005, we were voted as No. 1 ranking among the imported wire ropes suppliers by the Technical Committee of the Container Branch of China Port Association.

Apart from wire ropes, we also supply wire rope lubricants, polypropylene ropes, chains and related lifting accessories. These products are imported from many different countries including Korea, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Japan and Mainland China.
